P2P Process User Manual: Becoming a Merchant
Step 1:
Sign up on the platform and navigate to:
Buy Crypto → P2P
Step 2:
Under the More menu, click on Apply Merchant.
Step 3:
Click on Apply Now to start the application process.
Step 4:
Follow these steps to complete your application:
- A: Download the Application Information Template, fill it with the required details (e.g., trading volume criteria, etc.).
- B: Prepare a video holding your ID card (front side) along with any other details specified on the application screen.
- C: Send the completed application and video to the exchange's provided email address. (Email ID will be updated at launch.)
- D: Ensure you have at least 10 USDT in your P2P account, as the system will freeze this amount as a merchant deposit. (Deposit amount is subject to change at launch.)
- E: After completing all the steps, click Apply to submit your application.
Step 5:
Make sure your P2P account has sufficient balance for the merchant deposit (e.g., 10 USDT). If not, transfer the required cryptocurrency to your P2P account, as only the available balance in the P2P account can be used for transactions.
Step 6:
Here’s what happens after submitting your application:
- A: Admin reviews your video and form to verify all criteria.
- B: If rejected, you will receive an email notification with instructions to resubmit your application.
- C: If approved, you will receive an email confirming your status as an official merchant. You can now publish ads on the platform.
Step 7:
Once approved, you will see a new tab called My Advertising, where you can click Publish Ad to create an advertisement.
Step 8:
Before publishing an ad:
- Go to the More dropdown menu and add a Payment Method (for receiving payments).
- Set up a Fund Password (required for selling crypto or financial transactions).
Step 9:
Add a payment method from the available options. Make sure the information entered is accurate, as this will be used for payments.
Step 10:
To publish an ad:
- Click Publish Ad, which will bring up the ad creation screen.
- Specify the quantity of crypto you want to sell. The available balance will reflect after deducting the transaction fee.
Example: Selling quantity + Selling quantity * Handling fee rate = Available balance. - Sell quantity* (1 + handling fee rate) = available balance
- Sell quantity = Available balance / (1 + Transaction fee rate)
- If selling qty is 5USDT (5/(1+0.2) = 4.16 Available Balance).
- Choose the pricing method:
- Market Price Premium: Enter a percentage above the market price (e.g., 10% higher).
- Custom: Set a custom price manually.
- Set Minimum and Maximum limits for orders and the time limit for payment.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Once all details are filled, the Publish Ad button will become active. After clicking it, your ad will be published, and the system will freeze the corresponding crypto amount in your P2P account.
Step 11:
After publishing, your ad will appear under the My Advertising section for merchants. Other users will see it on the P2P Buy/Sell screen.

If a Dispute Arises
Step 16:
Buyers can raise a dispute if:
They made the payment but did not receive the cryptocurrency.
The exchange will notify the seller via email and the admin will review the case. The seller must release the crypto once payment is confirmed. For security, the crypto remains frozen in the P2P account until the transaction is complete.
Step 17:
Sellers can release the crypto by:
Logging in and navigating to Order → P2P Order → Processing Tab.
Clicking the Order ID hyperlink and selecting Confirm Receipt and Release Money.
Step 18:
After confirming receipt, the seller must enter their fund/transaction password. The crypto will then be released to the buyer’s Spot Account.
