How do I start the KYC verification process on eXchange1? What documents do I need to complete KYC?

First step log in to eXchange1 account.
The second step navigate to the Profile section and click on Verify Identity.
You will be taken to the relevant window of the platform where the KYC process starts.
The following three documents are expected:
1. A national government ID. 
2. A selfie image to verify the name on the document: This should be a clear photo of you, so
be careful.
3. Utility bill, a bank statement dated within last Three months.
4. Do ensure all the documents are current and clear.

**Expired Id will not considered valid for KYC verification.
