Why hasn't my deposit shown in my account

If your deposit does not appear in your account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

Issue from the bank’s end:
Bank server issues, technical problems, or temporary downtime may cause delays in processing the transaction.

NEFT transfer processing time:
Deposits made via NEFT may take up to 4-5 hour to be credited after successful processing.

Deposit from an unregistered bank account:
Deposits made from a bank account not registered with eXchange1 will not be credited.

Refund for unregistered bank account deposits:
Deposits made from unregistered bank accounts will be processed as a refund within 7–10 working days.
