How do I withdraw crypto from my account?

To withdraw crypto from your eXchange1 account, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your KYC-verified eXchange1 account.
2. Go to Assets on the top right and click Withdraw.
3. Search for the token you wish to withdraw and click Withdraw on the extreme right side against the token.
4. A pop-up window will appear.
5. Select the type of transfer: Internal or On-chain.

• For On-chain transfers, select the blockchain network on which you want to withdraw the tokens.
  1. Enter the wallet address and amount.
  2. Click Confirm to proceed with the withdrawal request.
  3. Click Get Code to request the email OTP.
  4. Drag the slider to complete the verification and receive the OTP.
  5. Enter the OTP received on your registered email address.
  6. Enter your Trading Password.
  7. Click Confirm.
  
  Once these steps are completed, your On-chain withdrawal request will be placed and processed after all required verifications are completed.
   
• For Internal transfers, Select the transfer method you want to use — Email, Mobile Number, or UID.
  1. Enter the corresponding email address, mobile number, or UID, as selected.
  2. Enter the withdrawal amount and click Confirm Withdrawal.
  3. Click Get Code to request the OTP, which will be sent to your registered email address.
  4. Complete the verification by dragging the slider, then enter the OTP received.
  5. Enter your Trading Password.
  6. Click Confirm to submit the request.
  7. Once all steps are completed, your Internal withdrawal request will be placed and processed after the required verifications are completed.
