How is the conversion rate set, and can it change?

The INR–USDT conversion rate is set close to the spot market rate. This allows:

eXchange1 to maintain a stable rate while absorbing small market fluctuations.
The same rate to apply for both buying and selling, giving users an opportunity to earn profits at a stable rate.
